When a customer submits a form, requests an appointment, texts the business, or provides a phone number, Suds and Studs Spaw may send appointment scheduling messages, reminders, service updates, customer care messages, and follow up communication. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP we will no longer send you text messages unless you choose to opt in again.

We may collect or create photos and short video clips of pets, grooming results, the grooming trailer setup, and the outside of the trailer for appointment documentation, customer communication, training, marketing, website content, and social media content. Customers may request that their pet is not used for public marketing content by telling us before the appointment. We do not intentionally publish private home interiors, personal addresses, license plates, or sensitive personal information.

Mobile opt in data is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share information with trusted services that help us operate the business, such as scheduling or messaging tools, and only as needed to provide our service.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to share only what is needed to book and care for your pet.
