Terms of Service

These terms explain how Suds and Studs Spaw handles booking, grooming service, pet safety, trailer access, media, and customer communication.

Service Overview

Suds and Studs Spaw provides mobile dog grooming with a truck and trailer setup for Mission Viejo and select surrounding service areas. Appointments depend on availability, pet needs, and safe access.

Booking and Scheduling

Customers can request appointments by text, form, or direct communication. Scheduling is not guaranteed until the appointment is confirmed by Suds and Studs Spaw.

Truck and Trailer Access

The grooming trailer may need safe parking or enough room near the appointment location. If access is limited, the groomer may coordinate a nearby safe location when appropriate.

Pricing and Evaluation

New clients may need an evaluation before final pricing is confirmed. Coat condition, coat thickness, size, behavior, matting, fleas, and service needs may affect pricing and appointment length.

Pet Health and Safety

Pet parents are responsible for sharing health, behavior, vaccine, flea, and coat condition information before service. Service may be declined or rescheduled if the groomer believes it is unsafe for the pet, groomer, or equipment.

Vaccinations and Flea Prevention

Dogs should be current on vaccines recommended by their veterinarian and on flea prevention before service. Please tell us about fleas, illness, or exposure concerns before the appointment.

Matting and Coat Condition

Matting, compacted coat, heavy shedding, and coat buildup can change the grooming plan. We choose the safest and kindest approach for each dog.

Cancellations and No Shows

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation and no show policies help protect appointment time and route planning.

Photos and Video

Suds and Studs Spaw may take photos or short video clips of pets, grooming results, the grooming trailer setup, and the outside of the trailer for appointment documentation, customer communication, training, marketing, website content, and social media content. Customers may request that their pet is not used for public marketing content by telling us before the appointment. We do not intentionally publish private home interiors, personal addresses, license plates, or sensitive personal information.

Text Message Communication

By submitting a form, requesting an appointment, texting the business, or providing a phone number, customers may receive text messages from Suds and Studs Spaw about appointment scheduling, reminders, service updates, customer care, and follow up communication. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP to opt out. Customers can reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile opt in information will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Grooming involves live pets, sharp tools, water, dryers, coat condition, and handling considerations. Suds and Studs Spaw works carefully, but customers remain responsible for providing accurate pet information and reviewing service documents before signing.
